Heritage Venues Ltd is an award-winning turnkey management company delivering all the events at Lillibrooke Manor – from Sales & Marketing, Operations & Client Liaison, Event Management & Delivery, and Catering. With extensive experience in banqueting and fine dining for weddings, private client and corporate events, the Heritage team is one of the premier catering and event service providers in the Thames Valley. Their skills, experience & commitment ensure that every detail is set up and organised exactly the way you envision it.

Charlotte Alberto


Charlotte has a wide remit within the Heritage Venues business, ensuring it remains at the pinnacle of faultless delivery for its exclusively managed venues.  

Val Pearson

Managing Director

Val’s background is in advertising and marketing, facilities and project management, operations and customer service.  Prior to her role with Heritage Venues she worked for ten years in the corporate sector with significant emphasis on customer service and delivery and was an accredited Coach and Assessor for the Institute of Customer Service professional qualifications.

Alys Hilbourne

Events & Operations Manager

Having worked in London for most of her career, Alys joined Heritage Venues in 2012 and has never looked back.  Heading up the Operations & Events Team, she has delivered and overseen hundreds of events and ensured that each one is special and perfect in every way – as all the glowing testimonials show!  

Fiona Noctor

Senior Events & Operations Coordinator

After completing her post-graduate diploma in Events Management in 2015, Fiona undertook an internship at Jack Morton Worldwide. Having been bitten by the Heritage Venues bug when she attended her Cousin’s wedding at Lillibrooke Manor in June 2015, she joined the team in April 2016.  Fiona has even planned her own wedding at Lillibrooke Manor in 2020 – what better testament to the excellence of the team’s service and the romance of the Lillibrooke setting! 

Jonny Bann

Sales & Events Manager

Jonny has extensive experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector. He continues to work across both Operations and Sales at Lillibrooke, and he uses this blend of skills to ensure very high and consistent customer satisfaction.

Laura Johnson

Office Manager

Having worked as a PA in the construction industry for 9 years, Laura decided on a change of scene and moved to Heritage Venues in 2016, where she manages the office, supports the growing team, and is also key to the sales and marketing functions.

Eleanor Day

Sales & Events Coordinator

Coming to Heritage Venues from a retail background, Eleanor flew through her apprenticeship and has been a key member of the sales and events team ever since.

Head Chef

Our head chef Krimo trained under world-famous Marco Pierre White and since has had many years of experience as a head chef in London’s top restaurants and banqueting venues.

Waiting team and Bar staff

As a waiting team member and/or bar staff  you’re the face of the company for every guest that walks through our door so we’re looking for team members who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service. In return, you’ll be part of the close-knit events team and if you have the ambition to succeed in hospitality you’ll have the potential to take your career further whilst working in a fun environment with like-minded people. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given.  Bar staff must be over 18.

Our venues are based in Maidenhead and Twyford.
